Alex, you hosting a group swap for us next month or something like that sounds great. Looking forward to it! In the meantime, you could always check out the group forum where I've just posted a thread to find out what kind of swaps the members would like to have. Hopefully there will be lots of wishes to grant there :) Take care!
Hi and welcome to the Newbie Tea Swappers group! Pratar du lite svenska? Vad roligt! :D From the top of your profile I'd say we're trying hard to learn the same lesson in life. Allowing oneself to get swept away, but not too much and not in a way that will disappoint others, something like that? Anyway, good luck and hope you'll swap with us soon (once we get any swaps going that is and please feel free to create one).
I like Kirkpatrick's historical novels; start with Love to Water my Sould and then Sweetness to the Soul. A Name of Her Own is book one in a trilogy I enjoyed, and I found A Daughter's Walk interesting as well. She just wrote a new one with a contemporary setting, Barcelona Calling--I did not like that one at all. It seemed really frivolous/fluffy compared to her other work. Enjoy!
Thank you:). Not very long - he could be done in a couple of hours. He doesnt have very many details/different colours/shading. I think that's what makes him perfect for fusebeading as he really pops from the canvas:). I'll be making 2 more for my brother so he'll have a series of 3; the twin detectives and Snowy.

Yes, I have read many of Melody Carlson's books. Have you read any of Jane Kirkpatrick's? A great Oregon writer!
