Comment: Despite promises of it being posted the week before Christmas nothing has arrived. I have messaged her twice since her initial reply to say that the late swaps had been posted and the messages have been read but not responded to. We are both in the UK and this is the second swap I have not received from this partner. I have no choice but to rate it as not received. I would consider changing the rating if anything ever arrives.
