Happy that our paths have crossed this way. I send my best regards from Turkey. My name is Boran and I'm 28 years old, still shocked, struggling to accept😭 I live in Istanbul with my mom and my cute dog, Tarçın which means ‘cinnamon’ in Turkish. I've graduated in int. relations and politics and dropped out of cultural anthropology. I’m an expert in making wrong decisions in lifexD

I love reading books, travelling, camping, walking, trekking, birdwatching, hitchhiking, learning languages, animals, nature, tea, cake, cold, snow, rain, fog❄️☘️🌈🦄 and postcards of course😀❤️ They help me socialize. I’m rather an introverted guy; INFP according to the uncannily accurate Myers-Briggs test. I’m quite an affectionate person once you get past my shyness, social awkwardness and loneliness.:D From time to time I have been feeling depressed but I am trying to focus little joys of life like swaps and overcome it, so no worries I’ll survive:D

I am a day dreamer to the core. I often catch myself desperately thinking of how I can go to Iceland, Finland, Faroes, Svalbard or Alaska.

I am quite a language freak. I am fluent almost in none of them but I just love deciphering your words. So please feel free to write me in German, Portuguese, Polish, Finnish, Hungarian, Greek, Russian, Georgian, Romanian, Tajik and all Turkic languages. Without translation.

For postcards I love everything. You can send me anything you’d like to receive yourself. But if you ask what I would really really love, I’d say: WEIRD, nerdy, politically incorrect or contrarian stuff, books📚, wildlife, insects🐞, birds🦉, salamanders, frogs (I ♡ 🐸), bats🦇, dogs🐶, mice🐁, hedgehogs🦔, pigs🐷, cows🐄, foxes🦊, squirrels🐿, primates🦍, dinosaurs🦕, animals in general, roads and road signs🛣, forests🌲, mountains🗻, camping🏕, old maps🌍, lgbti🌈, tea🌱 and weather, paintings🎨 (Bosch and Vermeer😍) and illustrations. I love cards larger than regular, Kiroileva Siili, Muumi, the Big Bang Theory, the Little Prince, Krtek, Hedgehog in the Fog.

Other than postcards I am most interested in swapping postal stamps, reading material in the languages I learn (even if it just one page too), old or new banknotes, teabags, stickers.
