I used to do all kinds of needle work. I love needle felting, creating sculptures of fantasy figures. I am starting to get carpel tunnel but am not quite ready for surgery yet so I started doing more paper crafts. I am in 2 local ATC groups and love seeing what people come up with! I use several mediums to make them. I just recently sent in my "Digital Color Splash" ATC's. through swap-bot. I received 3 really cool cards! As a hobby-photographer I really enjoyed this catagory!

I live in the Old Order Amsih area of Western PA. I love having them as friends and learning about their culture, especially the arts. I live on our Christmas Tree Farm...my hubby's father started it in 1939 so needless to say, we are busy from Thanksgiving through Christmas, a very exciting time for us! I have a craft shop that is open at that time. The rest of the year I use it as studio space and for parties and events. We have 3 grand children who are a BIG part of our life as well. Love to travel, folk music, crafts, The Augusta Heritage Center in Elkins, WV and my friends and family in MI...yes I am a Detroit girl transplanted to the country! Best of both worlds!

Only allergies that might affect swapping are cats and smoke.
