I'm a 30 something who loves anything to do with her friends or family first and foremost.

I really love cats, cats, and more CATS--mine is my child.

I am addicted to Bath & Body Works lol but nothing fruity; I don't like my body or my house to smell like a constant fruitbowl--but that's just me. I LOVE purple in all shades and also green (but I'm allergic to pine, fir, etc. type scents) but despise pink (unless it's for the cause). I really like purple, especially with black or white, sometimes with green or yellow.

I have worked mostly for print media and really enjoy editing and grammar. Things like pens and pencils are awesome to me. : ) I have also been an event/wedding planner which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I like papercrafting although I'm not able to do it as much as I'd like to anymore and I enjoy photography and the outdoors when I can. I especially like the night sky like the stars and moon. Although I'm not much into fashion, I love beaded jewelry which I used to make before my stroke. I'm very small in my wrist and hands though so I often have to size things down. I paint pottery and have recently started painting pictures in acrylics--something I have not tried in almost 15 or 20 years. I enjoy reading, especially thrillers, horrors, mysteries, etc and movies that are similar.

I'm not much of a sports fan but I do LOVE NASCAR (especially Mark Martin) and I have recently begun to enjoy watching soccer, the "true football" lol.

I love things that are home made as I can always appreciate the amount of effort put into them.

I love all types of music and I really get into it. When I say all types, i mean it--from most classical to pop to rock (even hard rock), to jazz, blues, country, rap/hip-hop, international/world music, the list goes on. I love to try out new music too. Among my favorite artists are Sting, Peter Gabriel, Adele, Alanis Morisette, U2, Nickleback, Metallica, Nelly, Kayne West, Faith Hill & Tim McGraw, and Garth Brooks.

I like inspirational and motivational things. I am very spiritual but don't consider myself overly religious, although my personal relationship with God is very important to me. I love to give to others.

I volunteer whenever and wherever I'm able. I currently give most of my free time and energy to a long-time favorite, Wish Upon A Hero, granting wishes for all types of people everywhere.

My husband and I love to travel, especially locally or nearby and really enjoy trying new foods, which we call Adventures in Eating. I also really like teas, iced or hot, especially in the winter time.

I have several 'disabilities' which actually only make me more determined to live my life to its fullest. I have a real zest for life and all it has to offer!
