I have an account I cannot access and had to create a new account. I was previously djmom11. I am 62 and planning on retiring the end of this year, so I wanted to get back into crafting and swapping. I don't consider myself an artist, I am a crafter. I have been married for 42 years. My younger daughter and grandchildren, one boy and one girl, live with us. My grandchildren in my home are 13 and 9 and I have a 3 yr old grandson. I am excited to get back into crafts and swapping. My favorite swaps are ATCs. I really enjoy journal swaps but those are more intensive.

I can't pick a favorite. I read all genres. Once I start a book I have to finish even if it's boring. Only can think of one book I couldn't finish. It was like a story in poetry and just wasn't my thing. Right now I'm reading a John Grisham book The Boys from Biloxi. I like to read in the tub so never borrow books. Lol My favorite place to buy books is the Dollar Tree. Can't go wrong for $1.25 plus tax.

I haven't been doing much crafting lately with work and grandkids I'm busy. I like paper crafts, ATCs, crocheting, and journaling. I did do some crocheting lately; I crocheted a pickle for a friend and did a snake for my granddaughter.

I like Survivors and Amazing Race. Customer Wars, Road Wars and Neighborhood Wars. Big Bang and Young Sheldon. I still have cable although will be getting rid of that before I retire. We also stream.

About my address. I combined my physical address with my mailing address to create a new account. I wasn't able to access my old account and couldn't create a new one with the same address. I should still get my mail as mail sent to our physical address is always put in my box. But to be safe you can use PO Box 782 same city, state and zip code.

Just as sending is important so is rating especially for newbies. It's disappointing when you don't get rated. Then you wonder if they received it or not, or if months ago by and they rate a 1. I will always try to rate the same day I receive. Rant over. I have participated in two swaps where I sent to @kandacedurbin and she hasn't rated me for either swap. One was in February and one in July.

I like all colors. Any ATC you make that you put work into then I will like it. I'm not easily offended. I am ok with most subjects on an ATC but don't like derogatory ones that are racist or cruel.⁹
