IMPORTANT - I owe a huge apology to people who were due swaps off me in the last few weeks. I have been in hospital with my asthma so have been unable to get online to sort things out or let you know whats happening. Hi, I'm Janet aged 31. Living in Manchester UK with my wonderful husband Dan and our loopy dog Dexter. I work as a teaching assistant at a junior school. I consider myself really lucky, not only do I actually have a job it's one that I love! I'm a huge football (soccer) fan and on a Saturday you'll usually find me on the terrace cheering on my favourite team (FC United of Manchester) but the rest of the time I'm a complete girly girl. I love anything pink and sparkly. I also love a good pampering session - facials, manicures etc. Other things I enjoy include reading, penpalling, scrapbooking, journalling, cooking, cross stitch, family history and going to the theatre. I'm quite new to swapping (apart from FBs - been swapping them for over 20 years) but I'm really excited about getting started and maybe finding some new hobbies and friends.

I love dance music the most especially happy hardcore - yes I know I should have grown out of it by now! I will listen to more or less anything though. I kind of have to as my husband is a complete music geek. We have all kinds of obscure stuff playing.

UPDATE - I've been to a craft show today and discovered decopatch. I love it!!!

I am grateful for anything that anyone sends me as I love the fact that someone has taken the time and effort to write to me. However things I would especially like include;

Penpalling Stuff - Cute stationery, FB's, Slams, pads, envies, pens or if you wanted to write me a letter I would love that.

Recipes - I love to cook and experiment with different flavours.

Scrapbooking Stuff - Paper, backings, brads, embellishments.

Journals - I am very interested in doing journal swaps.

Lists - I love a good list, although it hasn't made me any more organised :-(

Bit of a strange one but I would love anything to do with any non league english football clubs.
