I am a landscape designer by profession. I am inspired by the great outdoors and all it has to offer.

I enjoy creating and sharing with other artists. I love to volunteer and travel. I have a passion for learning about international cultures and encouraging peace through art and letter writing.

I live with my BF and two parakeets. We enjoy feeding wild birds and also keep honey bees.

I am an atheist and appreciate it when others do not force their religious or political perspectives on me.

I have severe asthma. Please do not send me anything with a scent of any kind including candles, teas, perfumes, soaps, lotions etc. I am also very sensitive to anything that comes from homes or businesses where smoking is allowed indoors.

I collect depression era glass, glass marbles, stickers, stamps, postcards, lapel pins, antiques, vintage items and craft supplies.

I love hummingbirds, birds, birdnests, bird houses, buttons, lace & ribbons,beads, pretty papers, fibers,fairies,gnomes,mushrooms, natural & botanical, wildflowers, daisies, chickens, cows, pigs, barns, quilts, textiles, chintz, shabby chic, retro and vintage.

My favorite colors are Purple/Lavender, Blue, Green, Yellow/Orange and Brown tones.

I love rock, metal, country, big-band era and classical music.

My favorite groups are Nickelback, Metallica, Def Leppard, Cinderella, Guns n Roses, David Garrett, Apocolyptica, Dixie Chicks, Kenny Rogers, Tanya Tucker, Marty Robbins, Eddie Arnold and Ziggy Marley.

I play violin/fiddle and especially enjoy scandinavian fiddle tunes.

I like reading across all genres but green living, criminal mysteries, immigrant stories and historical novels are my favorites.
