I'm a 22 year old just living her life in Portland, OR. Recently acquired a Bachelor's degree in Art Practices.

I was raised on an island in Alaska. I miss the ocean terribly - it's one of my most favorite things.

I enjoy gaining insight and advice on life through hearing about other's experiences. It's pretty important to me now, since I have begun my journey into the "real world."

I like painting, printmaking, marine life, bones & fossils, memoirs, make-up, and cooking :)

Charles Bukowski is my favorite author, but I am also interested in many others. Fitzgerald, Steinbeck, Hemmingway are high on the list. I enjoy a good story that I can relate to or learn from. I enjoy a good memoir as well. My favorite that I have come across so far is "Beautiful Boy" by David Sheff.
I am not into scifi or mystery/suspense novels. However, if any of you are authors or aspiring writers, I would love to see a sample of your work - no matter the genre :)
