Hello! I'm a 24 year old girl from Melbourne, Australia. I work as a ward clerk in a psychiatric residential aged care facility for people with behavioural issues, and I love my work and my residents. My nurses are also gems! Outside of work I am a bookbinder, an animal rights activist, an environmentalist, a pagan and a metalhead. One of my favourite things ever are rainbows. I pretty much want to own anything that comes in a rainbow! My family comes from Finland although I was born in Australia, and I love all things Scandinavian. I'm lucky enough to have been to Europe three times in the last four years, and travel is among my most favourite things to do.

I adore books of all kinds! I am an Enid Blyton collector and the prize of my collection is a copy of The Children's Life of Christ that was bound by England's best bookbinders especially for Enid as a gift. I love to lose myself in books and I am often to be spotted reading children's books under a tree in the park. Having said that I will read literally any kind of book. No exaggeration.

Bookbinding is my main talent, but I also enjoy scrapbooking, cross stitch, patchwork and origami. My Mamma and I are hearty philatelists (stamp collectors!) and spend a day together each month adding to our collection. I'm in love with stationery and papercraft related stuff. I honestly think I would fill a whole house with stationery if I had a choice.

I'm big into black metal and death metal mainly, but all in all I'm pretty game to try out any genre. My iPod has a crazy mix of genres ranging from all types of metal to classic Aussie rock and pop, dubstep, industrial, classical, rap and some popular music.

I also love sketches and drawings, because I can't draw myself. I am in love with Urban Decay, and devastated that we don't have them in Australia.
