some of my hobbies are crochet, Swedish weave, sewing (things like rice packs, pajamas pants, pillows, clothing repairs and anything else anyone asks me to do). I have crocheted multiple c2c blankets for babies, free handed a sock monkey hat and miscellaneous other crochet items. I'm very new to this whole granny swap thing, but it seems to be my newest obsession. I prefer 6X6 granny squares. my favorite color is purple and I'm on the hunt for the prefect verrigated yarn. I'm the mother of a 8yr old boy, 4yr old daughter and almost 9yr old step daughter. my husband hates my crocheting because it makes him feel like an old man. I can't wait to meet other crafty people.

I love to crochet. Any yarn, written pattern and images of projects( I can recreate crochet items by seeing them easier than a pattern) I have crocheted 2 big baby blankets, hats and dishcloths. Sewing is also a hobby of mine. I make pajama pants for my kids every year to open on Christmas Eve to wear to bed. They love it. I also make simple pillows for them. Other items I have sewn are a rag blanket, medieval gown, a quilted fleece blanket, long weighted door stop and more I can't think of. Friends bring me things that are ripped and I fix them (hoodie pockets, wool slippers, ect..)
