I am an all around crafter...I love knitting, crocheting, embroidry, cross stitch, painting, sketching, paper crafing, cardmaking, scrapbooking, ATCs, hand-sewing, recycled materials into treasures, etc.
My current obsession in crafting is knitting, I taught myself how to knit from a book I found at a thrift store, and I have loved it ever since.
I love any kind of music that takes me away in it's rythym (sp?). I tend to stick to Christian music, but I will listen to anything with a discernable beat (provided it isn't profane).
I have been reading all of the Nora Roberts trilogies lately. The hubby listens to them on CD while he drives at night, and I read them at home...it gives us wonderful conversation.
I love General Hospital. Besides the news, it is the one show that I watch every day. I have others on my DVR recorded and waiting, I just don't seem to get around to it much.
I know, toys...I am a 34 yr old woman, and I still very much play with toys. My 4 year old and I love TMNT, Legos, MoonSand, HeroSquad, Crayola color explosion. We save everything we can in a big container to make recycled crafts out of. We have been constructing quite a few robots lately.
I LURVEEEE YELLOW! Just about every shade of yellow will do. Coming up a close second would have to be red. Ladybug RED!
I collect Rhinos...I love them. As you can probably tell from "knitmyrhino" I adore them. They are gentle loving animals, unless threatened. They mean perserverance to me, which I have needed throughout my life.
I also love ladybugs, something about them make me smile. I don't know if it is that when you see them in the beginning of spring, you know things are about to change...or if it is the happiness they are almost always depicted as.
