First and foremost, I'm a Stay-at-Home-Mom to a couple of awesome kiddos (9 & 2 1/2). I married my highschool sweetheart over 12 years ago. He plays guitar, is in a band and, yes, he rocks! I'm into just about everything artsy and craftsy. Especially anything dealing with clay or fabric! I also love music, reading, nature and animals, and photography. My current big project is getting my pottery studio back up and running after an entirely too long hiatus! I have a green thumb and have lots of plants and flowers around my house. Everyone tells me I'm a free spirit and I have to admit it's true. I guess I was a hippie in a past life. I'm very open-minded and have a lot of different interests. I don't believe in organized religion but I'm spiritual and believe in a greater power. I'm interested in Astrology and intrigued by the Tarot which I'm beginning to learn. Well, I guess that's about it. If you have questions just ask! ^_^

Oh what a question! We don't have cable TV at home (we only watch VHS tapes and DVD's) but when I'm at my Mom's I enjoy Project Runway, Trading Spaces, and the like. Pretty much any kind of design show and most stuff on Animal Planet, TLC, HGTV, etc.

Netflix has introduced us to the world of Six Feet Under, which, I must say, is a marvelous show, and Lost, Grey's Anatomy, Scrubs, 24, and The Shield(my fave).

I love the classics! Jane Eyre, Great Expectations, Wuthering Heights, Anne of Green Gables, Romeo and Juliet... oh my where does it end? Newer stuff is good too. I'm getting on the Harry Potter bandwagon(just finished Deathly Hallows and it was sooo good!) I like Nora Roberts for the Romance genre, Stephen King is an all-time favorite, The Clan of the Cave Bear series is very good, Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series is amazing(one more book Diana? Pretty please?), If you have kids and have read the Junie B. Jones series(I think we own half of it, at least) you know how hilarious it is! Judy Blume rocks, too. My daughter and I love her. I know I'm forgetting something, but that's a start.

I have a severe addiction to fabric...and yarn, and lace, and trims, in any and all of their various forms and pretty much any implement dealing with such items (eg. sewing needles, thread, knitting needles and crochet hooks, buttons, etc.)

I love bright colors! Aqua, red, orange, lime, etc. I also like the more muted tones like olive and sage, and pastels. I'm not real big on the jewel tone colors like navy, burgundy, hunter green, and the like.

Anything that is vintage(especially fabrics), "repurposed", whimsical, or handmade really floats my boat. I love fish and ocean stuff(I'm a Pisces ya know!). I adore mermaids!

I have a fascination with the dark and macabre side of things, we'll just leave it at that(just think H.R. Giger's artwork).

I have some piercings which include nose; tongue; tragus; and two holes in each lobe, the first of which I'm in the process of stretching to about a 4 or 6g but I wear all kinds of earrings in my second hole. I love big dangly earrings! I love tattoos(and tattoo artwork) although I haven't had the opportunity to get any yet. =/ Oh, but I will...I will. Someday, when my kids are older, I plan to apprentice to become a body piercer/tattoo artist. Rock on!

I love coffees & teas, although not a big fan of the herbal or fruity varieties(tea that is). Chocolate=Yummmm. I like cherry flavored stuff, cinnamon(the more fiery, the better)and sour apple & lemon. I'm a fan of sparklies. Funny, kitschy, & weird is gooood!(that's pretty much me in a nutshell =D)

I'm good with any kind of fragrance. No allergies. Not particularly fond of fruity scents(like mango), though. I prefer the warm & homey(like cinnamon and vanilla), woody, earthy, florals, and some citrus-y(orange-vanilla is a fave).
