I am a 34 year old married mother of one living in the east coast of Canada.

I adore exchainging mail with people from all over the world. I love the connections and distances and the creativity and surprise that it entails. I am looking forward to sending treasures to people all over the world!

I particularly love long, chatty letters where we get beyond the basic introductions and start to get a sense for who someone is. I also love mail art and all forms of creativity that can be used in snail mail. The more colorful and interesting the better!!

I love writing, reading, coffee dates with friends, being in or near the ocean, watching movies with my family, cuddling with my dog Tess, meaningful conversations, dancing, and laughing.

I love all genres, everything from chicklit to the classics -- I love reading anything and usually have 4 or 5 books on the go at once.

I also reread my favorites over and over, and this list contains a wide range of titles, including: - Lord of the Rings Trilogy - Oliver Twist - Anne of Green Gables - Pride and Prejudice - Little Women - Enders Game - Stones From the River - Wheel of Time Series - All things John Irving

Anything that makes me want to dance or sing loudly (albeit poorly) when driving in my car. :)

I love being made to stop and rethink something in the world from a new perspective. Also, anything that makes me spit my coffee on my keyboard and howl with laughter is awesome in my book!
