I've been doing crafts my whole life. 15 years ago a work friend introduced me to creative memories. I've always enjoyed keeping momentos of events or activities, such as brochures, tickets, etc. Storing and displaying them with my photos was the greatest. Another friend introduced me to Stampin' Up and I began making greeting cards. Then I saw ATC's at my favorite craft store and began making and trading with a group that meets once a month. Someone in that group told me about online trading. JAMS, and swapbot. I work in human services and have an Associates Degree in Graphic Arts and a BSED in Technology Education

I enjoy quilting, crochet, ceramics, scrapbooking, greeting cards, and ATC's.

I haven't made many quilts; maybe 5 lap quilts 2 sets of pillows and 3 bed quilts, but have many patterns I would like to try. I've done T-shirt quilts and have started one with embroidered flowers.

I have dozens of glazed and greenware Easter eggs. I've also done bowls, Christmas trees, Nativity sets, planters, figurines etc...

I've gotten behind on my scrapbook because I am hooked on ATC's. I like this web site because I sign up only when I want to trade.

I enjoy all sorts of music, and listen mostly to popular music. I played the clarinet in the high school band, and sang with my church choir for several years.

I like old musicals especially the Sound of Music, and Meet Me in Saint Lewis. I always sing along. I like old Barbra Streisand and Judy Garland Movies.

I also like action movies Terminator, Star Trek, Taken, and anything with Brad Pit.

I enjoy a good drama on television, and comedies that are intelligent; MASH, Frasier. My guilty pleasure is the Real Housewives of NY

I like swirl, feather, and celtic designs. I like leaves, trees, cats, lady bugs, fish, and vintage.

I like to create ATC's from reused or recycled materials. Anyone have an idea for the square bread tabs?

I dislike talking about myself, that's why it took me so long to fill this in fully. I dislike those who are rude, impatient or critical.

I dislike being rushed, but I am flexible when things come up at the last minute, especially at work.

I dislike dark or ghoulish themes. I'm not into horror movies.

I consider myself an environmentalist, a cheepo, and a hoarder. I turn off lights when they're not in use, I don't use lights at home during the day. The TV and cable box are on an electrical strip so I can cut power to them at night or when I am not home. I keep my house at 63* in winter. I combine car trips for several activities.

Since I started making ATC's I keep junk mail if it is an interesting color or has images on it. I go to used book sales and get a bag full of books that have interesting images or foreign text

The problem is I have not taken the time to organize these materials and my living room is a junk pile. I have way too many stamps, not enough colors of ink. If I made more money I would turn my guest bedroom into a craft room.
