Hello! I'm Rose, 22 and I love love love searching through my local Flea market! I've just graduated from an Illustration degree and now spending my days working on my personal illustrations and hopefully trying to sell my work/flea market finds on my online shops!

I love Nick Hornby's books - Yes Man by Danny Wallace - Life of Pi - Are You Dave Gorman? - Exodus by Julie Bertagna - Northern Lights books, Memoirs of a Geisha is the most recent book I've read, I couldn't put it down!

I love to draw mainly with traditional materials - pencil/pen/inky/coloured pencils/acrylic/gouache/watercolour paints :) I love collecting things from the flea market and painting straight onto them. I also enjoy drawing on photoshop with my tablet, making my own cards and promotional work. I'd love to make badges and my own stamps but not sure how to go about this. I'm not very good with sewing/crochet/knitting, I've tried and failed!

I would love colourful and fun looking buttons - ribbon - fabric scraps - polka dots- gingham - hearts (I love wooden hearts).

I'm a big big fan of Laura Ashley/ Cath Kidston type things. I know these are expensive but anything similar would be amazing! I also can't get enough of the shabby chic/distressed style!

Things from a flea market/home/second hand shop such as; Vintage photographs (mainly earlier then 1950's) - vintage pages from old books (especially ones with illustrations or diagrams) - vintage children's illustrated books - vintage cards/postcards/letters - vintage handwriting

Sweets from abroad (not loose please) If you get me ANYTHING with cinnamon I would give you a million hearts (if it was possible). There's not much cinnamon here where I live and I'm absolutely besotted with the taste!

I love handmade things - broaches/badges - promotional material - artist zines

Oh and I love parachute soldier toys and cute hair clips! And I'm besotted with moomin merchandise :).

• Please don't send me recipes - I can't cook (and wont cook!)

• Please please please no religious things :)

• No nuts... apart from cinnamon flavored pecan nuts :)

• I'm not a fan of glitter at all!

• Even though I love disney films, I don't like disney memorabilia, or anythig similar like tweety bird, Pucca, Pooh, Carebears..big name sort of things
