just so everyone is aware, i will be in the uk from march 11 through the 26. I will make sure i have all my swaps sent by then but rating my partners will be delayed
for handbag swap
I prefer a bag that will fit a notebook. no closure on the main pouch (buttons, zips, etc) flaps are ok...like messenger style. i like a bag i can carry on my shoulder. i also keep alot of pens/pencils in my bags, so if you are knitting or crocheting, keep that in mind please :D other than that....do what you like!
I can make just about anything. I crochet, knit, sew, make jewelry, spin, draw, paint, and much much more. Also, if i don't know how to do something, I teach myself.
I like vintage, anything unique, modern, funky, cute, or contemporary. I DO NOT like country or western style.
i DO NOT scrapbook.
NO religious items please.
I LOVE to travel and have been to Canada, most of the upper and western USA, Amsterdam, and England.
My husband is from England.
I'm from the country and I like it that way! :D
I think I could live off chocolate...and mac and cheese...i just can't let that childhood comfort food go for some reason.
I love spring and summer. winter i'm not too fond of. Our winters are very harsh and very cold with lots of snow and last about 6 months. I like the first few weeks of it, and thats about it. it is not fun to shovel 4 feet of snow just to get to one's car.
All colors are beautiful! :D
I have two favorite places in the world. One is my farm and a nearby forest that is like the badlands crossed with a forest and a few wind caves tossed in...it is soo beautiful and remote. the other is England. My hubby is from there and i think i love it there more than he ever will.
i'm an artist in ever sense of the word. if i dont know a certain technique, i will learn it. its also satisfying knowing that i can make almost anything i need/want.
I very much agree that one can tell almost instantly if he/she will click with another person.
i believe in myself. period. and i also believe that if you cannot believe in yourself, you have no right to believe in anything else.
I love to read and have also had a passion for photography lately. ive discovered a great talent for photographing people.
I have a huge fascination with genealogy. I've been busy writing my family history book and truly getting in touch with my roots. it is so fascinating to me. i've been focusing on my dad's side which is half Norwegian and half English. My moms side is German.
i have had several tragedies in my lifetime.
family, and making time for family, is very important to me.
i prefer having a few best-of-the-best friends, instead of many acquaintances.
i'm an observer. id much rather watch and listen than talk. i love to learn from others and also from myself. i believe that if i make a mistake and dont learn from it, than the experience was wasted.
i will never stop learning.

I email you several times and sent you a package with the swap for the free them inchies. I included a note and several extras for being so late. I wish you would at least remove my name from your list for all to see. I would also be nice if you could re rate me from not sending at all to at least saying you got the items.
