I have been a freelance artist and designer for over 20 years. A work-at-home mom, I am homeschooling my daughter, now 5, and love waking up to morning drawing sessions with her. Blessed to have an artsy household that I play muse to, I run a list called Non_cents on Yahoogroups: paper arts, collaborative art books, monthly Artistamp ATC swaps. HUGE fan of Nick Bantock and currently working on an extensive postal issuing authority project (artistamps) called Odonatia.

I am a bellydancer and taught non-professionally for 15 years so I enjoy lots of bass beat and Middle Eastern rhythms. I am very eclectic in my interests and tastes so my music, like all else, is widely varied; just a few:

...The Chronicles of Narnia ...Nanny McPhee ...Serenity (based on Firefly) ...National Treasure ...looking forward to The DaVinci Code when it comes out.

Don't have TV by choice but used to enjoy the DIY shows (Trading Spaces), HGTV and channels like Discovery and Animal Planet. Other favorite shows were Dharma & Greg, Jack & Mike (old show), Farscape and Firefly. Jim Henson's Storyteller series (have the DVDs now).

Just about any kind of paper art, bookbinding, collaborative art books and the monthly Artistamp ATC swap I run on Non_cents. Painting with india inks and watercolor. Watercolor pencils, pen and ink are my primary mediuma currently. Collage, mixed media art, linoleum carving, artistamps. Too much more to name, hence the The Renaissance Chameleon!
