Caitlin received the re-send for the Pick Your Own Theme PC swap today. You really didn't have to re-send as I almost did the same thing myself. =) But Caitlin did love the PCs Sara picked out for her and is already planning on using them. Thanks so much!
Me again! I just wanted to let you know that I tagged you in my profile when I edited the "no thank you" section, as I have taken your point to heart. :o) Ainslie
My original concern stemmed from past swap partners who were clearly using up pages that still looked pretty glossy and fresh... Still, I'm really glad that you opened this conversation, because it's definitely given me something to think about :o) Cheers! Ainslie
I LOVE the idea that you are actually re-purposing the remnants of books - ones that are otherwise past any chance of being read again.... This is definitely something that I can get behind. In all of my years as a preschool teacher, I have seen the rattiest, most tattered books... ones with more pages missing than intact! A lot of the time we came by them through way of donations... and truth be told, I have actually turned some of them into collages for the classroom! So, I think that I can safely say that we are on the same page on this one! (Ha! "Punny"!) :o)
