I am a stay-at-home mother of two young kiddos. I was given my husband's grandmother's sewing machine four years ago, and I've been sewing ever since. I started out making Halloween costumes, and now enjoy making dresses for my one year old. I love being creative, and finding new ways to spice up old patterns. I love fabric and have way too much of it piled up waiting for inspiration to strike.
I really have very broad music tastes, but right now I'm loving Amos Lee and Ray LaMontagne. It's very calming, which is just what I need after a day with my little beasties.
I am a Jane Austen fanatic--I love all her works. But if I had to pick one, it would have to be Mansfield Park. Ahab's Wife is another a favorite.
Pride & Prejudice, Sense & Sensibility, Best in Show, Lost in Translation, Love Song for Bobby Long, Wedding Crashers, Anchorman, Gone with the Wind, just to name a few.

I just realized I forgot to add your accessory in the package. It's been sitting here and I didn't even give it a second thought. I'll send it at the end of the week. So don't use your apron til then! ;)
Just wanted to let you know that your apron is packed and ready to go Monday morning! I hope you like it! :)
