Hello All!

My name is Chris. I am mother to five children ... 2 boys and three girls. Along with 5 children, I have 5 cats ... also 2 boys and 3 girls.

I'm a chef by trade and love my work.

I love to crochet and am expanding my knitting knowledge. I also enjoy sewing. I haven't really dabbled in other crafting areas, but would really like to get my feet wet.

I am blessed to still have my Mom with me. She is an inspiration and constant source of laughter and good times. She is also a chef and actually studied under Julia Childs for a while.

I'd love to make new friends. I live in SC, but am a New Englander at heart. Please feel free to write and correspond with me.

I absolutely love music. My taste is eclectic and ranges from alternative indie to 50s and 60s to bluegrass and International. And I love being turned on to new bands that Ive never heard of before.

I am an avid reader. Nothing escapes my attention. :)

I don't watch much TV, but enjoy things like How It's Made and Triple D. Unique Sweets and other cooking shows are also favorites.

Yarn is a passion. I definitely have YAS (yarn acquisition syndrome). And I love patterns... for anything.

As a chef, you can understand that I love cooking, specifically baking, where I can create beautiful treats for friends and family.

Elephants, rainbows (actual in the sky rainbows), and anything yarn related. Ohio State Football. I am also a true New England Sports fan.

I love color. Purple and green are my favorites, but anything colorful would catch my attention. I love the unique.

I have a firm belief in God and enjoy uplifting and inspiring scripture.

I love being a Mom. It’s the best job I’ve ever had.

Handmade anything will win my heart. If you took the time to create it for me ... I will cherish it always.

I'm also very much into DIY, Prepping and Survivalism. Anything about canning or natural cleaning is a big win with me too.

Negativity of any kind. Prejudice. Hateful or hurtful speech or actions.

Not really into Goth or Emo.

Elephant anything.

Anything involved in writing. I love pretty paper, cards, postcards, pens, pencils, markers, etc.

Anything associated with music. Musical symbols, world music, sheet music, etc.

Coffee and tea anything.

Grapes and ivy.

Aprons and family favorite recipes.

14 year old boy, Aiden, loves learning about history, WW1&2 ... he’s fascinated by weaponry and planes, trains and automobiles. Steampunk.
