I like sewing, reading, knitting, embroidery, dogs, my husband (maybe he should be higher on the list??) movies, music, photography, and just about all outdoor activities...

I have have two part time jobs one as an Administrative Assistant for a non-profit - we run 6 church camps :-) I just wish I got to go to camp more. And the second as a Instructional Assistant in the local school district's Early Childhood program. I work with students 2-5 year olds with special needs.

My favorite colors are red, purple and green. Although I really like them all!

I have an obsession with red shoes, I found a pair of heels that I love. Got lots of compliments last weekend at a friends wedding :-)

I love pashminas/shalls/scarves, I wear them all the time and I'm super excited that this is trendy right now.

I'll try just about anything once, my current faves are knitting, sewing and embroidery. I'm a little obsessed with fabric, I love to shop for cute fabric especially at the local fabric warehouse - I could spend hours there! I like to up-cycle things in my crafts, right now I'm working on turning thrift store pillow cases into shopping tote bags.

I also like making cards, postcards, bookmarks out of a variety of items.

Embroidery is my newest favorite, I'm working on a pair of pillowcases right now that will say "Sweet Dreams" when I'm finished.

I like all kinds of music, from the oldies like the Beatles, the Beach Boys and Aretha Franklin to county to alternative. I am currently obsessing over County Crows, Eric Church, U2, Journey, Kenny Chesney, Brooks and Dunn and lots more. I love my eclectic and varied music selecton. I'm not a big fan of rap or r&b, but just about anything else goes.

I love love love murder mysteries, science fiction, and just about any lawyer/police mystery. I also like a little chick lit once and a while. I loved Harry Potter and Twilight. I also am a big fan of John Grisham, JD Robb, Nora Roberts, William Kent Kruger, Patricia Cornwell, Jodi Picoult, and tons more I can't even think of right now. I also love comical autobiographies - I love David Sedaris.

Like my books, I like my television with mysteries too, I love Law & Order, CSI, etc, etc. I also love How I met your mother, Grey's Anatomy, Deadliest Catch and Hell's Kitchen. I'm not a big fan of reality shows, with the exception of the two I listed. I also like to watch football and hockey, although I'd rather watch them both live!

My husband and I have a 5 year old buff colored cocker spaniel named Sierra, she's a sweet thing who love to cuddle, follow me around the house and loves any treats you throw her way. We just got her in June. She loves blankets and cozy things, going camping and hiking. We haven't found any toys or games that she likes :-( She love bones!

My hubby likes fishing, boating, camping, hiking, dogs, things that are camo, salty snacks and art. He's a manager the call center for automated parking facilites in the city he works for, it's not his dream job, but he loves figuring out how to fix the machines. He loves movies and TV, his favorites are the Food Network, the Discovery Channel and the History Channel, in that order :-) He also likes to watch Family Guy and otherwise hates all the shows that I like to watch, makes for a fun fight over the remote :-) He loves cooking, but doesn't have much time because he is commuting about 45 min each way to work right now.
