I'm a 20-something old mom to a lovely little girl. I enjoy reading, going to shows, watching movies, knitting, crocheting, gardening, sewing, as well as other crafty, creative things. I have a dry, snarky sense of humor, think the world would benefit from being a greener place, love cooking/baking, and tend to make funny faces in photos.
I love getting something in the mail besides bills. It makes the walk to the mailbox so much more exciting.

I'm pretty open to most things, but if I don't have it listed in my likes/favorites, or it isn't in some way connected to something I like, you may be taking a risk. A few things I'm specifically not interested in are: coffee, most current pop culture, most rap/hip-hop, rastafarian/reggae-themed items, pothead imagery (ie: pot leaves, paraphernalia, etc), pastel colors, distasteful or trashy nudity, sports-themed items, religious items, political stuff, and grape or melon-scented/flavored things. If you're in doubt, please ask me. I am really nice, I promise.
I do want to note that I am very sensitive to toxic chemical smells and residues. Most glues and adhesives used in crafts are fine. I'm talking about cigarette smoke, strong household cleaners, pesticides, etc. I also have sensitivities to wheat, milk, tomatoes, and cinnamon. Please don't send me anything that is going to land me in bed for the next few days. If I can wash it (clothing items, fabric) it may be okay. Just ask if you're not sure.
As I mentioned, I'm pretty open. In particular, I might enjoy: magnets, shells, bones, teeth, tarot cards, occult imagery, stationary, bookmarks, stickers, 00g plugs/jewelry, postcards, keychains, books, hand-knitted or crocheted items (scarves, hats, mittens, amigurumi/stuffies, etc), stickers, fun socks, unusual Christmas ornaments, stitch markers, handmade necklaces or bracelets, semiprecious stones, crystals, barrettes and hair ties, pins, unique buttons, packets of seeds, glass beads, recipes, original artwork, pyramid/cone studs, tea, original artwork, small prints of artwork, etc.
Please be aware that I live in Arizona, and it is hot here in late Spring through mid Fall. In summer it can get to be 120 F, so be conscious of that when sending items that may melt, spoil, or otherwise be destroyed by the heat. I would hate for someone to put a lot of effort into something and have it have been all for naught!

Breaking your comment cherry. W00t! I almost joined that button swap, but I'm already behind on two tags, and I have a private swap set up so I didn't want to overload myself. We should swap something since you're all knitting savvy and I am not.
