Hi I'm Donna. I live in rural Devon in the UK in a big old house by the sea. I live with my partner of 18 years and our 3 children, A daughter of 16, a son of 6 and a baby girl of 1 year. We have 3 cats and 10 chickens. I adore rural life after living in London for some 13 years but I do miss having a Starbucks now and again!

I collect vintage fabrics and this has now become my career as I sell antique and vintage fabrics on ebay. I am hoping to get a dedicated website up and running soon.

Sewing, quilting, patchwork, naive applique, lavender hearts, corsages, handbags, naive embroidery.

I like sewing with vintage fabrics in florals, polka dots, pinks and blues, shabbychic florals and am currently working on a vintage cowboy quilt for my son. I love wool felt, silks, cottons and linens. I am not so keen on new quilting fabrics unless they are repro designs.

I don't like dark coloured fabrics so much.
