I like writing stories and correspondence, reading, gardening, creating handbound books, and photography.
I love the outdoors. I currently reside in Southern Oregon. I LOVE to travel, and have my sights on faraway lands! My last trip was to Sweden and Denmark; I do love Scandinavia! I also very much enjoyed NY, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Seattle, Washington, and many other spots.
My sights for the future are on Southern France, Italy, Maine, Vermont, and Kentucky.
My favorite season is Autumn, when the leaves fall and the air smells clean and I can break out the sweaters.
I enjoy the colors blue, green, and brown, earth tones and jewel tones. I am a pack-rat, and I love the fact that I now have a valid reason to save/collect/create trinkets! I always love paper of all sorts, journals, pens, ATC's, stickers, buttons, and beads.
I love to garden, and I am an avid grower of potted plants in addition to my vegetable garden. I use organic growing techniques, and try to eat mostly organically grown foods. I avoid the use of chemicals in the house whenever possible, and prefer to clean with safe substances.
I am married and have two children: a boy, 14, and a girl, 5.

Sinclair, thank you so much for angeling the swap to my grandkids for the "summer kids outdoor surprise". They played in the kiddie pool all day, even the trucks went for a swim! And you should have seen them after dark chasing lightning bugs to put in the little bug box! They both fell into bed and were asleep before the story was over! Thanks so much! Hugs, hugs, hugs!
