I'm Christine. I'm 26 and live in Tulsa, Oklahoma with my husband Thom and our little four legged buddy Tucker. I run two etsy shops, weatherandnoise and suchprettythings. I love learning to make new things. Currently my obsessions are knitting (I just got a knitting machine), embroidery (love Sublime Stitching!), the color green, sewing and recycling/upcycling old clothing. I also run a small screen printing business out of my living room (it sometimes expands to the kitchen/dining room/or wherever else I can lay things flat to dry). My other two businesses are Indie Emporium (www.indieemporium.com) and selling high end dresses on ebay. Gosh, does that really total 5 businesses?

In my (lacking) spare time, I work part time for a fashion designer, and I'm currently in school and will eventually finish my degree in Interior Architecture and Design.

Sewing, Stitching (both knitting and embroidery), Printing (both screen and block).

I'm currently desperately wanting a kiln and potter's wheel, but to fit any more crafts in my house, something will have to go first.

Anything Scandinavian, craft supplies, the color green, scarves (oh how I love scarves!), things to make my house pretty, nesting dolls, socks, and of course Christmas.

I don't wear a lot of jewelry, but if something is really unique and special, I will wear it. I don't really need anything that smells pretty because my husband and I have a soy candle business and I'm uber picky about what scents we use in our house/cars.

The Office! How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory. I like a lot of dorky sitcoms too like King of Queens, Yes Dear, and Still Standing.
