Well, I find if I steep fresh parsley for 30 minutes and drink it just before I go to bed I will sleep perfectly the whole night through. If you try to drink it more than a few minutes before bed it won't work, at least ways it doesn't for me. I hope this can help you! I was sorry to hear you lost your son. :( I can only imagine how hard this must be, but what a blessing to know you will see him again! Thanks again. :)
