Comment: Been almost three weeks and I haven't heard from you or received anything.

 

Comment: It would be a nice idea, if you know you're going to be late, to personally write to the people you will be late to. I looked your profile up 2 weeks after send outs, then wrote to you, and still haven't heard a thing from you. If you would have written to me, I could have been sympathetic enough to not rate until you sent. But since I had to write to you, got no reply at all, and no ATC, I'm leaving a 1 for the second time. It will be changed if I ever hear from you, but at this point, I doubt I will.
