Comment: UPDATE: 19/03/13: Thank you for the beautiful ATCs, they arrived today :) I really hate rating a 1, but as it has been four months now, for an ATC, I think it's only fair. We have been communicating over the months, and numerous times you've said you're sending it very soon, but it just hasn't happened. I will definitely, definitely change this to a 3 if/when I receive the ATC.
