Comment: As I have said in PM: Reason for my rating will be that postcard is postmarked on 13/12/12 and not 12/12/12, plus front of the card is completely ruined by large sticker in the middle of the postcard stating: "Royal mail - The sender of this item applied insufficient Airmail postage, so we diverted it to an alternative service. This may have caused delay." Sorry. :(
Response: I understand why you need to rate as such. Very sad at the mix up and I'll certainly be looking into what happened. Sorry :(
