Comment: Hi Karen, I am sorry to have to do this but I will be leaving you a 3 for the My State Pocket Letter May swap. I'll let you know why, although you did communicate with me and tell me that the letter was returned to you, and very badly damaged I still received this VERY late. It was not mailed until July 16th, and the send by date for the swap was June 8th. I was understanding about a little delay, but this is more than a month. Secondly, you signed up for Arizona, and I was expecting to receive an AZ themed letter. The pocket letter than you sent me (although very nice looking) was for Alaska. Third, the pocket letter itself was missing requirements. You did not write a letter with facts about Arizona (or Alaska in this case) nor did you include a letter about yourself in one pocket.

Comment: Thanks for the "resend" (I just find it hard to believe that you had sent this out in time since it was marked sent only a couple of days before than you said you'd resend it even though I haven't even asked about this particular swap but for another so why would you need to resend it right away if you'd sent it out in time... also the other said "resend" but not this one so...) ...... I also specifically said no sticker slapping yet there was not much else on the ATC than a sticker :/ Do correct me if I'm wrong but I will probably stand by this rating, sorry.
