Response: I won't make excuses. I have been way behind on my swaps, and while its very unlike me, it's still not fair to you. And Im very sorry about it. If you are my partner in a future swap I hope I can show you the kind of partner I usually am. To other swappers seeing this rating: yup, I deserve it. I started too many swaps too close together, then my work got very stressful. (My client was being diagnosed with an injury that nearly cost her a leg and I had to be with her at all of her appointments. We saved the leg!) Also I lost my first letter and it slipped my mind to resend. I'm not usually this flakey, but I had a 'perfect storm" of crap landing. Amber was a gracious partner in every reasonable way during this.
