Comment: In May you said that there was a mess up at the post office (?) and then in July you told me you'd resend the swap, but I still haven't received anything. It shouldn't take this long for light weight swaps to travel within Europe. The deadline was March and it's now August, so I feel that a 1 is appropriate at this point. I'll rerate once I do receive something.
