Response: You asked me why I'm upset in your pm...let me tell you why: You giving me a 3 affects my rating in case you didn't notice, now you know. it's not my fault that our mail carriers suck, once I put the mail in the outgoing box, it's out of my hands, and yes, I have no control over this.. If you see my ratings, sending late is not a habit of mine....I'll just simply stop swapping with you, all my Asian swaps seems to have problems.
Response: You need to check your messages, this was a replacement envelope, since you'd said that you didn't received the first one. I even contacted the coordinator & told her that I was going to replace it, since the first one didn't arrive. I was out of town before Christmas and came back by the 1st. Please reconsider changing my rating.
