Response: I have a co-blogger along with two friends who have been posting in my absence. I send them my reviews via text message and have them update things for me as much as they can and when they cannot I sit at a McDonald's with while my son plays and update. I am behind on most things and am playing catch up. As much as I love SwapBot and my fellow swappers, my work and business come first and I need to catch up on those things before I can be an active participant on here. I have just had to have a new modem and all new phone jacks installed for my internet issues you seem to believe I do not have. But I will accept the 1 rating because I know that before these swaps and my internet issues I was a good and honest swapper. It's not my fault life gets in the way of things.
Response: I didn't sign up for more swaps after I finished up my previous ones. I got my swaps out as quickly as I could considering at that point my internet was already touch and go. By the time these two came up my internet was completely out and had been out for awhile. How was I supposed to get online to get your mailing address when for WEEKS my internet was out until a technician could get out to fix all my phone jacks and replace my modem and even after that it had to have further repairs to replace to modem and allow me internet service? I have apologized numerous times and have tried to send out my swaps as QUICKLY as possible. Life happens! I cannot control when the internet is going to work, trust me if I could I would be the happiest person in the world because I am so behind on things it's not even funny and to be judged for things that aren't even in my control is wrong. I am finishing up sending my last swap and doing ratings and then I am taking a break from Swapbot. Up until this point I had FIVE star ratings, but instead of looking at that I am judged for things I can't miraculously fix. I'm not going to take backlash for things out of my control and if that means taking a step back from Swapbot, so be it. I would rather focus on finishing catching up on the things that are important and my family then be treated like this. I just hope in the future you treat fellow swappers with issues a lot better instead of hurting their feelings and being so negative after many apologies were issued along with the reason for swaps being late.
Response: After I received your rating I resent it. I think yours may have been the one that kept bouncing back to me. It came back about 4 times. I will try to send it again in email and message it to you on here.
