Because i have given you 2 chances to fix this swap, and you failed to send the correct swap (meaning both times the atc was the wrong size). Also i didn't suggest for you to trace around an atc you had gotten, that was you who suggested to do that. I understand it's frustrating to get a 3 rating, but not admitting you did wrong, and instead blaming on me instead is more wrong than to admit that you messed up. Thank you for the atc. The reason for the 3 rating is: The original atc you sent, didn't meet the size requirment for a atc. I gave you the chance to resend a new atc, which you did. But also the resend of atc didn't meet the size requirment for atc.
