Will re-rate if package arrives.UPDATE: Feb. 4 -- A Christmas stocking swap finally arrived ... postmarked 3 days after I posted the 1 rating. I generally give the benefit of the doubt and rate a 5 even when swaps arrive late. Not in this case. You've posted that this swap was sent twice before. I find that suspect, especially given that your return address is a border state to mine, and you posted similar messages to similar swaps following 1 ratings. We all know life gets in the way. This is supposed to be a fun and fair site that's based on the honor system and mutual respect. It would have been preferable to email or PM (communicate) that a package would be delayed. For these reasons, I'm rating a rare 3.
