Comment: I would usually allow more time before leaving a poor rating, but seeing as you haven't been on the site in almost 2 months and you've been partially suspended it seems safe to assume that you never did send out this swap. Maybe you've had a life event that has kept you from fulfilling your obligations... I really hope everything works out and that you are ok. If ever you feel like making it up I would be happy to change my rating.
