Comment: I'm really sorry but I still have not received anything even though you said you would be sending on the 6th of September. I'm very understanding but only if you are completely honest with me. You marked this sent on 9/1 but contacted me on 9/5 saying your mom took it and you would have to make me another one. But here it is 9/19 13 days after your message and still nothing and no communication. Communication is important but so is honesty. You shouldn't mark sent until it is actually shipped. If you intended on sending on that day and it became obvious that it wouldn't be you should have went back and marked it unsent. I will gladly change this rating once I do receive. I'm really sorry but I feel you give me no choice.
