Response: This swap was due to be mailed on Jan 15th Why was I rated a 3? You complained about the first package. I replaced the things you complained about and you still rate as a 3. You you please tell me why? You originally replied there was a package opened inside the envy. When I replied i was sending another in its place you said you really didn't want that item (which is expressively forbidden to rate low on an item you didn't want). You stated the posrtcards and other item was fine. The two letter sets I sent were replacement for what you didn't like. I did not have to send a complete package again. Also you had letter sets on your profile. Later you changed your profile to include " no glitter) I still have a printer out copy of your original profile.
