Comment: Thanks for the swap. I’m rating 3 because it was supposed to be sent by December 12th 2022 and this is postmarked April 12th 2023. Only after I asked about it, weeks later, did I get a reply. The message and the note with the swap gave different reasons for being late. I wish I didn’t have to do this, but I feel it is fair to our fellow swappers to let them know.
