Response: Hi there, I think it’s a bit unfair to rate a 1. We have communicated back and forth and I have sent 2 mails out to you now, and I have photographic proof of this. Hopefully one will arrive as it was sent out in November, however due to myself being in UK and yourself being outside of UK and the busy Christmas delays, there is a high chance it will arrive at a later date. If you had messaged me again explaining it had not arrived, I would have sent out a THIRD mail as I do not like anyone to go without. Thanks.
