Comment: Thank you so much for the note! I hope everything is going well in your new home! That's SO exciting. I'm appreciative of the time you took to write the note and it put a smile on my face. Thank you again.
Comment: Thank you for the St. Louis postcard. Took me back to my college days. I always drove through St. Louis and saw the arch on my way to Quincy University in Illinois. Happy swapping.
Comment: Hi! I love this artsy Arch PC! It's funny what you wrote on the PC because that's exactly what happened when we went many years ago when our boys were toddlers. My husband (who is afraid of heights) got really mad at me for holding the boys up to look out the windows at the top. Me: "Dude, this glass is like 3" thick. It's not going to break. Plus, I'm holding them." Him: "UGH! I can't watch this!!" lol
Comment: Sure, I do know Berlin, our country's Capital quite well and also went there several times :) at least, a part of my familiy is living there ... happy swapping!
Stay safe & heatly...and do have a gr8 summer still!
Comment: Thank you so much for the notecard! WOW you send the cutest cards -- I don't know where to begin : ) So I will just say thanks again and I appreciate your art and the time you take. I am also really thankful for my family.
Comment: I have been to the arch several times, but this reminds me that I need to take my granddaughter's there. I'm thinking about a trip that teaches them HOW to travel -- drive to kc, take the amtrak across to st. louis, rent a car for st louis travel and then by car to chicago, fly back to chicago, and drive home to pittsburg, kansas from there. Many people are insecure on trying new things, so I wanted to acquaint them with the different forms of travel and how to go about them. My youngest granddaughter has flown back and forth from MO to CA a few times, so she will be just be going along for fun!
Comment: hello Annie -- thanks for the card! I ave only ever driven through St. Louis, so some day I will need to visit. And visit the Arch for sure! All the best, al
Comment: Thanks for the card! I went to a mystery writers conference in St. Louis a few years ago. Went to botanical garden, zoo, wanted to go to a baseball game but too late in the season.

Comment: Thank you for the pretty card! St. Louis is definitely on my list, I'd love to see the arch (although my fear of heights will make it interesting :-) ). I hope you're doing well and staying safe!
Comment: Things are good in NYC. I also have been home most of the time. I am still working from home and went back to the office on Monday for one day. The city was so quiet, it was so weird.
Comment: Hola Annie! I have only passed through St Louis, but it was at dusk and IT WAS GORGEOUS. Thanks for the viewing tip-- I'll make sure to do that. I love the artsy-ness of the PC, too. Thank you.
Comment: OOOH I love this PC with the sketching. I sometimes do sketching where you keep your eyes on the object and never look at the paper - it's fun and really hard. This PC reminded me of that. Thank you!
Also, enjoy your weekends -I'm there with you as far as working. We'll get through this - stay safe!
Comment: Yes, I have been to St Louis--and to the Arch! Our daughter was moving back to Tulsa from Detroit and we met up there to see the arch together--our son's family came on the trip, too! Had some great BBQ, too!
Comment: I have many of the same fandoms. I enjoy Harry Potter but I now look back at it fondly, having a hard time embracing anything new from JK Rowling.
Comment: Thank you for the nice postcard from St. Louis! My husband and I actually had the opportunity to visit there 3 years ago with our son and daughter in law. We went up in the Arch too! I loved it!
Comment: Thank you. I'm from St. Louis myself. I grew up in South County. I was in the Arch the last time I was in St. Louis. There have been so many changes to the museum since the times I had been there before.
Comment: I loved the St. Louis post card, thank you. I am staying healthy and safe, and hope that you are able to do the same. I adore the fish stamp that you used. Very gorgeous. Thank you
Comment: I understand you are missing out on travel as I also must do. I would even like a nice breakfast out. A few stores are open here. On a hot day I don't want to sit outside in the sun at lunchtime or in the heat at dinner. When will things be even close to normal again?
Comment: I had no IDEA you could go UP the arch! That's amazing! Here we have the Astoria Column. It's on top of the highest hill and the tower itself goes up 110 feet where you stand (and you must walk up these spiral stairs up and down), and it's detailed all around the outside with images spiraling up documenting the Lewis and Clark expedition. It's pretty neat. And you can see all the rivers and mountains and farmland around, and the bridge. Thanks for your PC. I'll Google yours, you Google mine π
Comment: Thank you for the St. Louis postcard & welcome to swap-bot. Nope, never been to Missouri. I can no longer travel anymore. Because I'm wheelchair bound sadly. Keep safe.
Comment: Thanks for the St. Louis PC. I have never visited there, but I am a voice captioner and I have captioned news there quite a bit--mostly KSDK, if I remember right. Someday maybe I'll get there to see it for myself.
Comment: Oh man, that is amazing that you have a trip to Japan planned! Hopefully, you still get to go! Japan is actually my bucket list trip and what I wrote about when I sent out my postcard :)
Comment: Annie, using your name is certainly one way not to forget it! :) I see you are new to swap-bot, welcome and I hope you have fun and enjoy it as much as I! Take care and be safe during these crazy times.
Comment: Hi Annie! Thank you for the beautiful floral washi tapes and extras. I wish I could give you more than one heart! I hope you are staying safe and busy during this crazy times we are living in. Thank you again! :)
