I will be glad to change this rating if you fulfill the swap. 12/28/09 This swap was due 3/31 and meeting the due date is one of the swap requirements. A month after the due date you were telling me that the glue wasn't dry yet. 9 months later you send me a a poorly made project and a note explaining how your choice to flake was everyone else's fault except yours. I am sure it is just a matter of time before you flake again.
