Comment: Wonderful cross stitch, and I actually love the colour combination you chose. I have a feeling mine is going to be the black sheep (I stitched on a sandy colour)! Although, funny enough, I also stitched her in blue. For some reason she reminded me of a mermaid, which I told my father and he quipped back, "Because she's holding a rose? And has feet?" I noticed no cat hair, and it would have been fine if their was! I was deathly afraid I'd spill some sort of sauce on mine... Anyways, this comment is forever long! Thank you again, it is wonderful, you have such neat stitches. I am definitely going to put it up on my needlework wall in the living room. :)

Comment: What fun!! I got my package. The first one I pulled out I thought. "What the heck is THAT?!?" It was the tiny triangle of fake fur. I finally decided that it must be a soul patch. It turned out by the end of the day to my favorite prize as I had a lot of fun with it and created memories that will last a lifetime!! I really like the rick, too. Thanks for a lot of laughs and joy!!
Response: i was so happy when i finally found a machine that sold those fake mustaches and soul patches, and warts, too, LOL! i had loads of fun with this swap, though i used half my laundry money, hahaha!!! :-)

Response: i printed the black part of the wings on some clear acetate, and once it dried i used alcohol inks and dripped them randomly over it. i've been saving those wings for something special, and i'm glad you like this button fairy :-) she was very hard to part with!

I love the creative and graphic background. I like how it was mathematical in nature, just like your monster card was that you used. Response: you're welcome, and thank you! i used to write a lot of poetry, but then began focusing more on fiction stories, though i do still write an occasional prose poem in my journal. but i've been so busy with ATCs lately that i haven't been writing anything but journal entries!

Comment: Awwwww, I just LOVE her! I LOVE that I got a little ghostie. She is SO cute and I love all her Diva Bling...you did such an amazing job on her. This is by far the most favorite dotee I have EVER received. She's the best. And I loved your note too, with all the cute little drawings on it. NO, I've never read the Odd Thomas series, but now that I've heard a little about it I'm DYING to read it now, LOL. I've read a lot of Dean Koontz's other books, but not all of them yet. That is so cool that you are a big Ghost Hunters and GHI fan, me too, and I also watch repeats to get my fix. Have you ever watched the show Ghost Adventures or Paranormal State? Those are both also really good...I can't remember what channel Ghost Adventures is on, but Paranormal State is on A & E(I think so anyhow). Response: glad you liked it :-) probably the envelope was handmade... i hand make almost all my envelopes, using up all the scrapbooking paper that otherwise would sit around and take up space... i do have a few business size envies left from years ago that are pre-printed with a cool unicorn scene, though :-) and right now i can't recall which i sent to you *blush*

Response: LOL... it's the same interfacing technique i told BeingJulia about... when it worked the first time, i loved it so much, i applied it to everything i could get my hands on! good thing the cats run fast!!! >:-)

Response: it's something i saw on an old Carol Duvall episode last year... use a double sided iron on interfacing, cut it the size of your paper, heat it with a heat gun until it's melty, then sprinkle on embosing powder, heat it again. sometimes i like to lightly ink the interfacing first (esp w/ rainbow colors) then use clear powder. :-)
