Comment: I was really hoping to work things out so that I did not have to rate a 3, but unfortunately it did not turn out that way. Two days after the deadline for the swap, my partner messaged me that she was delayed in sending the package due to her post office being closed from snow. It was eventually mailed a week after the deadline. As she had told me about the delay, I did not factor the delay into my rating. However, once I received the swap, the contents did not seem to meet the requirements of 1) $10 minimum before shipping, 2) a card filled with encouraging & supportive sentiments and 3) "the something to do" wasn't really an actual activity or craft kit. I reached out to the swap coordinator to get a second opinion about the package. She agreed it did not seem to meet the swap requirements/ minimum and recommended I reach out to my partner before rating to see if she wanted to resend any part of the swap. I did so and waited 3 weeks to give my partner time to respond (I could see the message had been read). When I went to check in again before rating, I found that I had been blocked. I asked the coordinator if she could check in before I rated, but she had been blocked as well. I wish we could have had a discussion and tried to resolve this, but unfortunately, that was not the case and I need to rate fairly based on what I received.
