Comment: I hate to give anyone a rating of 1 especially since almakopey has responded to e-mails but I feel like I've been more than patient in waiting to receive this swap from her, a swap that was due in mid-February! She told me she did send it out originally and then resent another package and then the first package came back to her and told me she was going to resend that package on the 21st of March with insurance and delivery confirmation. Nothing has been received yet. I will change this rating if I ever do receive something.
