Comment: About 7 weeks after the deadline of the swap, I have received nothing. Many promises and an assumed package that should have been sent 3 weeks ago which I never received. I am sorry to rate you in this way but I have been patient for a very long time and now I feel very deceived.
Response: I am sorry you have felt this way, I never decieved as you understood why the delay took place, parcel was sent and royal mail are currently trying to track. I am sorry you felt this way I think my record shows I have always been a great swapper
