Comment: I do appreciate that you emailed me when you found out that you couldn't ship your package on time. I am sorry to have to write this note, because I know you enjoy these swaps. However, the items in the package were damaged and dirty. If you find out you can not participate in a swap, please withdraw from it rather than sending damaged and dirty items.
Response: Items were BRAND NEW! I spent a lot of money on this swap, and the money could have gone to diapers for my two babies because my husband just lost his job. I am very upset to get a rating such as this!
