Comment: Although jade claimed she'd gotten and used atc blanks, by the time she was done with it, the atc was noticeably smaller than the required size though I measured to be sure. When I contacted her about this and said I wanted a replacement in the proper size in 2 weeks. she said she couldn't afford to send another in that time. Yet she's signed up for a swap that has 3 partners I would waited but for her attitude. I am certain she will respond to this and say I'm wrong, I'm too fussy, too unreasonable, etc, however those I've rated in swaps would disagree. I don't rate someone a 3 lightly (I can't remember the last time I did actually ) but only when it is necessary.
